2025 | Capstone
I served as the project manager for this assignment. The team also includes Mason Proskin, our programmer, and Daniel Murtha, our videographer.
The project itself is an AI-powered social media dashboard made specifically for small businesses. We spent the fall gathering information on our customer segment, and in the spring we built out a prototype and performed usability tests on it.
My responsibilities on this project included assigning tasks and ensuring their completion. In the Deliverable, there is a detailed Project Backlog. I also checked the quality of all the work that made it into the final project. This included two research reports, a one-sheet, and a poster, which I designed.
